To steer the expansion, Tom Martinez, a seasoned operations executive and business leader, joined LGI Homes as Vice President of Operations for the Colorado market.

Under his direction, LGI Homes recently completed the purchase of 59 lots in the Legacy Park community, conveniently situated midway between Denver and Fort Collins in Dacono, Colorado. Construction in this community is currently underway and expected to open for sales in mid-November.
